    Default When to buy at rock bottom prices??


    Don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I've been searching the web trying to find a list or spreadsheet showing when the best time is to buy items at their lowest prices. Like a month by month list so I can plan ahead. Does anyone know where to find anything like this?
