QUESTION what to do at the drug stores this week ~ 1-1-11

So, all of you wonderfully experienced "hotties," what would you suggest the newest of us do at your favorite drug/grocery stores this week based only on this weeks sunday insert coupons????
    Just wondering.

Welcome to HCW!! First I always advise people to start small—one drug and one grocery store. Read all you can about those, ask questions and then thru trial and error you will learn the ropes. Then branch out if you have time. Take it a step at a time and soon you will be saving lots.

Wow--my favorite is CVS and based on this weekend's inserts how about these couple:

$.69 with coupon: Quaker Quick Oats $1.69
Use $1/1 Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Quick or Old Fashioned Oats RP 1/2

$1 per bottle AFTER extra bucks back if you have 5 coupons:
Spend $25 Get $10 Extra bucks when you buy any of these products (which includes):
    Wisk Liquid laundry detergent 2/$10
$2/1 Wisk Laundry detergent, any RP 1/2 (this is limit one deal per card)

These are just two I grabbed real quick from my $1 and under post at my blog.

    Happy Savings.

YAY! You're wonderful. Going to your blog next. Between you and me (and everyone who read this :-)], I'm a tax pro. I have about a 1100 clients in my practice. We live in Northern CA. Not unusual for people to lose their houses and so many underwater/not to mention the HUGE unemployment. I like to provide a little value add to my clients. I think this could help. PLUS, I would love to help stock my church's pantry.
Wow, I'm old and have never thought this necessary. You ALL rock. I'm in learning mode. d
(by old I only mean past diapers/toddlers. One in college, one a senior in HS, both AWESOME daughters - or the devil, depending on the day )

Well, Cherryc9, I would say I'm older than you probably, my two daughters are finished with college. Sounds like your couponing is going to come in real handy. I, too, love to take stuff each week to the church pantry--even toothpaste & shampoo.
