just keep pestering them. Their customer service is AWFUL IMO, but persist and they will get back to you. (I will not renew any of my 6 subscriptions though)
Hi - I have had no luck within the last few weeks when I tried to check my subscription status online for the All You magazine. I went here to fill in my info, in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, but I still could not access my account.

I have also called CS about this matter, and they told me to email them about the issue, and someone would get back to me in two days; it has been over a week and still have not received a reply. The CS person could access my account, but I could not when I talked to her on the phone. I just sent my second email regarding this issue.
If you have a subscription, can you do me a favor and check to see if you can access your account online?

It's not working for me either. I paid for a subscription a couple months ago and was suppose to receive starting the November issue, but still nothing...
Thanks for letting me know! Good luck as I hope you will get your subscription soon! I saw on Amazon.com reviews that many people did not receive their magazines after buying a subscription there; not sure why.
I don't understand why the CS for this magazine is bad, since it's a popular magazine...
