there not the Bics they are the schick! maybe that's why you are not finding them! there $1.97 and the packaging is orange, at my store they are with the lady's disposable's on the bottom shelf. hope this helps you! if anything scan the price tag's and look for something $1.97, that's how i finally found them was looking at the tag's on the shelf's

The Smart rinse travel are still reg price at WM for 1.47 so its cheap but not free/MM
