I read the pro-coupon article too! Maybe it was swapped out this morning?

Just right-click the email address and click "copy email address" and then paste it in your email program.

Yes, the article itself is pro-coupons, but if you click on the "Comments" tab there are alot of people posting negative comments about couponing. It is VERY irritating. I wanted to reply to several, but I'm not a member.

The article is favorable for couponing. I thought it was great. Of course the comments are anti-coupon, but that is to be expected.

I just wanted to clarify now that I re-read my post and see it could be taken the wrong way. I mean the comments that people posted on that link about the article and couponing in general. Not any comments about the article that are posted on here.

Default Re: Doing the Math on Coupons

About 2-3 months ago i have started to " discover " the coupon world- and i wonder how i ever managed to budget without it ? I feel like i have discovered a gold-mine..
Now- my concern was- " OMG- what if everyone starts to do this- will there be enough coupons for all of us ? Will there be sales ?? My mother lives in Germany- there are no coupons- and when i told her how much i have bought in past 2 months- enough to give to o thers, she replied
" Oh dear, just save that stuff. who knows, those coupon might get canceled, you won't be able to find such great deals again - there's no p rofit to the manufacturers if you all continue buying like that .. that will either have to stop very soon- or it 's got to be ilegal !!! " That is too good to be true..

Ok- actually after i read the comments from the people on that article, i almost had a relieved smile on my face- " naaah.. they not all gonna use the coupons- there will be plenty left for me !" :)

I know might sound wierd.. - but comming from europe where's really no good sales.. no couons.. no " double coupons " hehe.. for me this is just too good to be true. and if other people don't see it that way- fine with me the only thing i know is that my storage is well stocked ( better than when i was working full time ) and i spend about 35-40% less than before. And no- i don't eat junk food.

:)
