Can someone PLEASE tell me the difference between all these YOGURT brands???

There have been so many deals on yogurt lately that I am just lost on what all these different one's are? Which one's do what?

Can anyone give me some insight please?

I know at Shaw's there is a decent one that ends today for the yoplait cups, buy 20 and they are .40 each (after $2 catalina that you can use on your next order) If you have the right coupons, it's .27 each.

Other than that and the ones there that are included in the GM deal like the Fiber One yogurt, I don't know.

I don't really care what my yogurt does except taste good.

One word of warning though, if you like to eat more than one cup per day, check the label for fiber content. DH had to learn the hard way after eating 3 cups at one sitting. I'll spare you the details.

I don't care about the differences in brand as long as it tastes good and its the cheapest I can get it. We usually eat Dannon because it is what we can usually find the cheapest.

I usually get Yoplait brands the cheapest b/c I can combine paper coupons with e-coupons at Kroger.
Love Yoplait - kids flavors, Delights, YoPlus etc.. all good. The Fiber One gives me gas so I usually avoid it. I'm looking forward to trying their new Frozen Smoothies!

I think most major brands (Dannon, Yoplait, Breyers) are pretty similar in taste and quality. I do NOT like the Wal-Mart yogurt!! I buy whatever is cheapest because we eat A LOT of yogurt in our house. The flavor options are the biggest decision maker for us if they are all equally priced. For example, Breyers has a lot of flavors you can't get from Yoplait (e.g. pineapple). But IMHO Breyers tends to be kinda runny. My family LOVES the Yoplait Thick and Creamy Light (non-fat) yogurt. But this kind is only available in the individual cups.
