@ Lurker I have never figured out the hunts.

Become their friend on facebook. I think you are supposed to hunt for codes in the discussions. I'm not sure.

Wow! I'm thinking about doing Swagbucks now! But how much time would you guys estimate you spent per day doing seaches, in order to earn the amounts you earned? And were your swagbucks mostly or all from searches, or also from referrals, and if a combination of searches and referrals, which gave you the greater amount of swagbucks?

For me, I mostly just do searches, and swagbucks will pop up. I usually get several per day, normally 1 or 2, sometimes 3 or 5 at one time. I don't spend any more time searching than I normally do. I've also done some of the secret code stuff that I found on their facebook page. A few weeks ago they had a big day where you could get a bunch of codes and the hints were hidden on facebook.

Just a heads up: for the next 24 hour, $5 in paypal is now only 55 swagbucks! I just snagged a couple. Normally it is worth 70 swagbucks.

I downloaded the toolbar so you don't even have to search from their site. I spend a fair amount of time online with favorite sites and I would just do a search for that particular site, other times things I really needed to search. I found I could usually earn one/some Swagbucks in the first three searches or so. Amazon e-giftcards are 45 Swagbucks, so it would take me about a month. I just recently got a referral and that has really helped!! I would highly recommend trying it out! If you become a fan on Facebook, you can get the heads up on Swagcodes. With the toolbar, you can also get messages w/codes. I'm buying some Christmas presents with my giftcards!!

I probably spend 10-15 minutes a day on searches and checking the Swagbucks FB page to see if any codes are out. I also have 6 referrals which is where I get most of my bucks. I've been active since October-ish, and I've earned about 200 swagbucks in that time, which some would consider slow!
