Just FYI to those using RME, it doesn't offer protection to buyers. if you don't receive your goods, you're SOL. I clarified with RME CS and was told they do not provide filing dispute. a buyer should beware who they're sending money to.

    nice, huh?

well what I dont get is that hcw belives in doing the ethical thing when it comes to useing coupons which I agree with but so many people on here want you to do a unethical thing and lie by sending the money as a gift when it is for buying coupons from a trade, I know it helps us save money(the seller) but its still a unethical thing to do..but if we dont send it as a gift we may receive a bad feedback or be ask to pay the fee that was charged also becasue they ask for it as a paypal gift right off the bat, like with auctions held on here they will tell you they take paypal but it must be sent as a gift..so you can either not bid,pay it as a paypal gift or try to send cc instead if they will take it that way..
I love HCW and really happy I found the site but I think we all do a unethical thing when we send money as a gift when its really not..........

I can see how it is correct to send as a gift instead of a sale. Legally, coupons cannot be sold. We are doing a service to someone else when we take the money and time to buy the newspapers, clip, file, and maintain the coupons. I think "gift" is the proper word to use. I don't think I'm parsing words here. There is no way we can legally sell the coupons.

No not selling coupons but the time, work to collect, cut and mail them is whats being sold.. a gifted money is something you dont get anything in return for from the person you are sending the gift money to...so saying its for the time and so on still makes the money not a gift for it is for a service that was done for you that you are paying for..

most coupons also say can not be transferred in anyway..
