I can not remember my password since they have been sending the coupons in the mail and suddenly no more coupons in the mail, but a promo code to be used on marlboro.com
I don't remember my password, and they can not send to me. They ask my security question to reset my password. I'm giving the proper answer to security question but it is not accepting it. I can not sign up as a new user because I only have one address.
Not sure why coupons went from "in the mail" to THIS new way, but can anyone help me with tech support on this site?

that phone number got me a temporary password to enter the site. Only able to get these coupons: (2)$1/1 pack or $4/1 carton.
I used to get maybe (3)$3/1 carton in the mail.
It will be hard to trade one coupon. Oh well.
