My parents love their products. My mom makes me give her all the coupons for it I find. I've never personally eaten any though so I can't give you first hand, but my mom IS picky so....
I was just wondering if anyone ever buys the Wanchai Ferry products. I always see the printable coupons for them, and insert coupons, but I have never purchased them myself. And come to think of it, I NEVER see any ISO posts for this product. So.... does that means it's not that great?
What are your thoughts on this?

I have never tried the kit but I have bought the frozen one - Orange Chicken or was it Mandarin Chicken... it was just okay, nothing special. However, the sauce was too sweet for my liking. The rice that comes with it is not really enough for two people, so I cooked extra rice. Let's just say I wouldn't buy it if I didn't have a good coupon. HTH... Cheers!

I have not had the frozen but my family loves them. We have had all 3 of them one piece advice is do not cut the pepers it makes it to hot.
THat does help, thanks! Anybody else?
Did not like it. So bland and not very much food. My dh said that it is easier to by the small 89 cent packets of seasoning and the .50 bags of rice and do it all ourselves and save ourselves 2 bucks.
I got sent one to try and actually really enjoyed it...surprisingly. Although I agree u cld probs make it cheaper yourself!
I bought the boxed kind a few months ago, Kung Pao flavor I think. Even without the red peppers I thought it was way too hot. I ended up rinsing the sauce off and just eating the chicken and rice and veggies, much better that way. I wont buy it again.
We bought the boxed kind when there was a rebate. Kung Pao. I made it with cubed chicken breasts without the peppers. It was spicy, which we like, but there was so much sauce, I had to add extra veggies.
It wasn't really anything special, so we haven't bought again.
The Frozen ones are over $7.00 here even after a coupon, so I won't buy them.
I have tried the box and the frozen; I like the boxed the best. My family loves them.. I think we've had about 3 different flavors.. I have a family of 4 so I use one box and then I buy frozen egg rolls.. the last time I made it we were really hungry so I added fruit as a side dish...
I agree with the others, the kung pao is spicy--I can' t feed it to my baby.
