I voted 3-5. We do one "normal" shopping trip a week. If there are good couponing sales, I will go during my lunch since all my stores are right near work.

I only get to go once a week and have to cram at least 8 stops minimum into it. That includes, bank, post office, gas station, 4 grocery stores, Target, Walgreens and whatever other "special" stops I may have to make. And hubby wonders why it takes me all day. I very rarely make a second trip. It's 20 miles round trip just to town and back. In my shopping adventures, I probably drive 40-50 miles to get it all done. Did I say I'm rural? lol

On an average week I go once or twice. And also to the farmers market. If there is a great sale I go a lot. I think during the end of the Chill Out at Home deal at Safeway stores I was going 3+ times a day with several transactions at each store.

1 or 2 time a week...

If I have a sales book I take it with me to super walmart and price match,so I dont have to run all over for one or two items from different stores. I make a list but sometimes I still dont get something on my list so I have to make a second trip. I have two year old twins and really hate to have to drag them from store to store its just to hard.

I usually only make one trip a week. We only have one car and two small incomes. So, Thursday morning is our shopping time. We have figured out a route that includes 4 grocery stores, the post office, the library, CVS, WAG, Target...and even Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot if we need them! From our house, to all of those store and back again is only a 15 mile loop. It saves time and gas too!

I have a wonderful stockpile, from grabbing the deals posted here, but I just don't have a need for multiple visits each week. There are rare exceptions, but for the most part, I just shop on Thursdays.

it depends on the week and the sales. If there's a good cat deal going on, I may go 10 times or more. There are also some weeks I never step foot inside a grocery store, but those are rare!

I usually go twice per week. I do one trip usually on a Monday or Tuesday to Costco, Trader Joe's, and a local natural foods store to do my stock-up shopping and get our fresh items for the week. Then hubby and I usually stop by the farmers market or another store to get items for our weekend meals.
