    If I get a blinkie from Kroger and it doesn't have a Kroger logo on it, can I use it at Walmart or wherever?

    Nevermind, I found my answer in the coupon discussion. :)

    you can use it anywhere that accepts manufacturer coupons. Its a regular manufactuer coupon.
