Outlet Mall vs Local Mall for Back to School

Have to take my teen DD back to school clothes shopping and was just wondering if driving about 1 1/2 hours to an outlet mall would be worth the time and money. I would eliminate the sales taxes but haven't shopped at the outlets in years. What do ya think outlet or local mall?

It depends on the outlet mall and what they have to offer. I have found that you can often find sales at the local stores equal to or better than what is offered at the outlet mall without the drive. You also get a better selection at the local stores. Good Luck and hope you get some great savings!
