I just lost my coupons

I lost mine once at Kroger many years ago, I chalked it up to a bad experience, but I was so devastated that my Mom called and a nice lady had turned it in commenting that she hoped whoever it belonged to got it back, because it was so nice and organized. My Mom surprised me with it, it was as good as Christmas. Don't give up just yet, maybe it will turn up. I am writing my name, address and phone number on mine right this minute!!!!

Oh no! That sucks. You just inspired me to put an address label on my carrier though! If it makes you feel any better, one day my daughter spilled milk all over my coupon binder. I had to throw a TON away since by the time I realized it, the milk had dried and everything was stuck together. It really helped though since I had so many and was able to pair it down a bit.

I agree that you shouldn't give up. Keep calling and checking in with them (it can't hurt!!). Sometimes it can take several days for a lost item to make it to customer service.

Id post a lost ad on the store's bulletin board and on Craigslist.

We have such a caring community - I know you'll get back up and running in no time. One idea would be if you don't already have a "havelist", now might be a good time to make one, and certainly if people want to send a RAOK to get you going, they can PM you off of your havelist.

I lost my binder after I had been couponing for about a month. I had left it laying at the checkout counter in Bi-Lo. I went by the next morning and they said it wasn't there. I went by again about 2 weeks later. Again they said it wasn't there. One Friday night around 9:30 my husband and I decided to go grocery shopping. As I was getting ready to roll my cart out, I thought I would ask one more time. It was there! Don't give up!

I just want to thank everyone for your kind words and support. I have been a member for about a year and have never posted on the forums before. I have never had such a warm welcoming. I was just so upset last night and my husband thought I was overreacting when I came home crying. I just had to talk to people that would understand. Thank you again to everyone. I am now going to regulary join the forums. I never expected everyone to be so nice and compassionate.

Got myself a nice big gawdy beach type bag that it fits and thats what I carry it in. You won't forget to take that with you when you leave the store!
