 Hey everyone, Heidi here! Eisor has gone back to school teaching her students and has not had time to update this list in a few weeks. Dollar Tree in my area has Fiskars scissors (for $1, of course). That's the best non-clearance price I've found.
Also, check your local Walgreens' school supply section. They've been clearancing (is that a word?) last year's school supplies.
