On the Bricks "Print Your Coupon" window, If you go to the very bottom right by the "help" link, directly below are two links for language selection. "English" and "Spanish". Clicking on "English" changes everything to English instead of Spanish and vice versa.

Absolutley hilarious. I would write a letter to Krogers just on the sheer principle of the matter. Staff should be careful about saying things like that because it can be interpreted as discriminatory. Not accepting "Spanish" coupons because of staff's inability to read (or vaugley understand) spanish and know what the coupon says isn't technically the consumer's problem. It's 2009 already in the U.S.A.- that should not be happening in a mass retail chain like Kroger's. If that staff member couldn't understand it, then he or she has the resources to find someone in the store (or make a phone call) to see what the coupon says and override or enter the discount in the system appropriatley. That's a really ignorant thing to say in this day and age.

    That was so hilarious! OMG!

Hey, Kar54 posted this link in the freebies thread (and I don't know how to link you back to the thread, so here is the link).

It is a free subscription to a Spanish Magazine that they think has Qs in it, in Spanish no doubt. When you go to fill out the form, you need to know that "apellido" means last name, and "dirrecciones" means address.

I hope this helps you all, and maybe we can teach our scanners to "read SPanish" !!! LOL!
