$2/1 Chinet: Did you notice...

I was at Kmart just a little while ago trying to find the correct Chinet plates to match the coupons. In doing so, I was thoroughly examining the coupon.

The wording says "$2.00 off Chinet Lunch (36 or 72ct)"

But the picture shows blue plates labeled 44 ct.

When we have issues with cashiers, we always say we go by the exact wording. But the picture here would have been to my benefit. It shows a picture of the product Kmart actually had (and that I wanted to get for free) but the wording stated only 36 or 72 ct.

So is it legitimate to use these coupons on the Chinet Casuals 44 ct pictured on this coupon?

It doesn't beep on the 44's. We grabbed some of them in our stack of 36's and didn't notice 'til we got home.\

So, I don't know ....the coupon is obviously coded to accept the 44's or it would have beeped.

It would have been better if the manuf. had said 36-72 rather than 36 or 72.

but again I still don't know.

One of our supermods asked Chinet this very question via emial.

Chinet replied that the coupon could be uesd on the 36, 72 AND 44ct lunch plates.

Of course YMMV if your cashier/manager does not agree to use the picture and the wording.

Where are they cheap to buy besides Kmart? I tried Kroger, they don't have them, and Food Lion was too expensive. Are they cheap at Walmart? Please let me know.
