Default Anyone else feel like their binders are losing way too much weight?

I used to buy 6 newspapers a week....I haven't bought any for myself in like 4-6 weeks. Every week, they're either downright crappy...or more of the same of stuff that I have like 3 years' worth of. Don't get me wrong...that last part is a good problem to have. I don't remember it being this bad except around Christmas....am I getting too picky, or are the quality of the coupons dropping off?:shrug7:

My binder is feather light . . . I haven't clipped coupons in months. They're all just sitting there in stacks.

Yes, and no. I went from buying 10 newspapers to buying 2 each week, and ordering specifics that I want online, b/c the overall cost ratio to coupons I can actually use has gone down. I find myself trying to find more non-inserts, contacting companies, etc. for the better coupons. So, overall, yeah, I'm with ya.

nope total opposite for me. I had stopped clipping my coupons and my binder was bare. I restarted clipping my coupons and its getting heavy again.

I feel like it's been slow too. Not just for good coupons, but good sales. My binder is light though, but only because I haven't used it in ages. I just put the coupons I'll use now in my small filer that I carry with me, and write things down that I want to check the coupon database for later. But I have noticed that I haven't had to cut as many coupons before. Many inserts I've just put away whole, and they've just sat there. Although, I was surprised for in the last couple weeks to get q's for free gum, and free Hall's cough drops. Surprised to see two free's close together, when we usually don't even get one free q.

I just moved and in my new region, for some reason, they've stopped getting the SS and P&G inserts. Even though the paper is only $1.25, it still isn't worth buying just for a RP....

I did call and the woman I spoke to said she had no idea why it stopped. Other regions in the state still get them all. :shrug7:
Moving back to civilization... Now I get to shop at Giant Eagle and all the other good stores... Just waiting for a good week to get back to CVS'ing...

Glad it's not just me...hope something good comes up soon! Meanwhile, guess I should enjoy the extra $30 a month I have now. At least, until I run out of free stuff that I have stored up....:hectic1:
