Default What is a good price to shoot for?

I am in LOND and I was wondering what is a good price to shoot for when getting TP and laundry detergent? I realize free would be best, but that doesn't happen alot around these parts. I would like to stock up on these, but want to be on the look out for the best prices.

Before I did coupons, I knew to **never** pay more than a quarter a roll. I remembered the best sale I ever saw ($3.99 for 24 rolls) and never forgot! If you know the best price per roll on sale in your area, I would shoot for paying less than that, and stock up then.

IDK if I can get down to 0.07 per load on laundry detergent or 0.25 a roll on TP around here (IA/LOND), but I will keep an eye out. Thanks for the info.
