I know why stores advertise this way (6 for 10, or 10 for 15, etc.) to confuse people into thinking it's a good deal, but it drives me crazy.


I have some new sale pricing schemes suggestions...

• 4 for Pi (3.14159265) = appx 78.5 cents
• 51 for $17

or how about ..

• Buy nONE get ONE Free (My only question would be .. can I still use a coupon on that?)

I'm calculexic (haha! thanks for the poster for that one!) EXCEPT when it comes to couponing ... I can figure out the bottom line on a price + coupon in NO TIME! But sometimes, the 3/$5, etc trip me up.
I'm going to print this on card stock & *gasp* take up one coupon slot in my new coupon binder for it, so it's always right where I need it.

Gee, been here less than a week, and I've already learned a bunch of new tricks for couponing in my new country.

Attached is a cheat sheet in Excel and also Adobe that shows the multiples i.e. 3 for 5, duplicates them (6 for 10) and also shows what they "feel like" when it's a mega deal like spend $30 get $10 Cat. I have to work out all of my deals on a sheet like this. Let me know if anything is unclear or if it would be helpful for me to add anything.
