Breeze from Purina Tidy Cats Litter System...Question about Purchase

Those of you that received the free Breeze coupon from Purina for theirTidy Cats Litter System..save up to $29.99...have you found any stores that carry them at this price or less? The couple stores I have checked at charge $34+. Of course I'd rather not pay anything out of pocket if that's possible.

I found it at Weis Markets, but I am in PA and I am pretty sure it is a regional store

I think KMarts price was the next lowest that I saw

I went in and got it, it was 34.00, as I was putting it in the buggy, a worker walked by, he was marking them down to 10.00. So I got mine for free. (no overage). It rang up at 10.00. The next week I was back in there to buy some litter and had a 5.00 coupon, was going to buy another. Low and behold it was back up to 34.00.... ??? So I am no help...

Target had a 15% off all Tidy Cat products about 2 or 3 months ago. I've seen that % off sale before, and the Breeze has been on sale before by itself as well for under $30.
