How many Qs do you usually average at the checkout?

I average 7 per trip.

Yesterday, I counted before I gave coupons to cashier-46! I told him, "I am giving you 46 coupons and I WILL count afterwards to make sure that I received discounts on all 46!" But....I had four granddaughters--ages 2 to 7--and so was distracted. I paid out, saving over 50%, but counted when I got everything loaded into the car and only received discounts for 38! Yes, I ended up paying about $15 more than I should have! NOTE TO SELF: No couponing while also babysitting--HA!

Wow, I'm nervous to use more than 3 free coupons in a transaction, you are very bold! I did use 4 yesterday at price chopper/kc and the cashier said she had to call a manager to do the last two because they have to be overridden when you use something like 10$ worth of coupons at a time!

I would say at the grocery store it definitely under 15 coupons for me. We have some not so great deals around here. I think the most I ever used was at kmart or target, yikes! Kmart I know I used around 30 coupons for the cat deal awhile back, remember sunsilk trials?

I used 36 today! I thought that was pretty awesome. I think it's the most I've ever used. I do the self checkout though so it doesn't bug anyone. For some reason, no one likes to use the self checkout where I go.

My Harris Teeter will only double up to 20 coupons, so I usually hand the cashier those first and then my $1 offs and Frees. Usually around 25-30 per trip!

We don't have a car, so my shopping trips tend to be small and frequent ones to the 2 grocery stores and the Walgreens in walking distance. I only use about 5-10 coupons per trip.

last time i went grocery shopping i used 72 q's i was so happy i saved over 90$!!! my dh couldn't believe it!!!

Wow. Over 51 q's. That's amazing. I'm just starting and am averaging about 15, but I hope to someday be in the over 51!

I'm sad. I just got back from the store. I didn't realized until I got home and looked that I had handed the cashier 24 (I counted before getting to the checkout) coupons and only 22 were taken off. Unfortunately, they totaled $5.00. I guess in the future, I will use fewer and pay attention more!
