My Walmart denied my usage of the $3/2 Post-It coupon on the page markers today. The cashier had called customer service for another customer and when they came up they saw my coupon and grabbed it and ran to the customer service desk and told the cashier to suspend the transaction.:hectic1: I waited about 10 minutes for her to come back - I was not very happy. When she came back she had one of the other "flag" products and showed it to me and said it was only good on the ones shown on the picture on the couponand then started grilling me about where I got them. I told her I got it on the 3-M website and it let you print as many as you wanted. Then she said "I think I talked to you about this before." - NOT - LOL. There must be another couponer in my area also using them. I got the distinct impression that they thought I was trying to scam them. I know that somebody on here said they contacted 3-M and they did say they were good on the page markers. Is there a copy of their response posted anywhere so I can print it out and show Walmart?

WISH LIST
Here is the update on the Post-It coupon. I printed out the information from the website that clearly shows the page markers as a "flag" product and took it into my Walmart. When I was checking out I told the cashier that I wanted management approval to use the coupon, since last time they told me it wasn't a flag product and refused it. She scanned and said she didn't need management approval because it workedbut I insisted because I want everything to be on the up and up. She calls the manager over and suddenly there were three "higher-ups" there having a pow-wow. One of them still insisted that it wasn't a flag product because "the website just shows all of the post-it products". True, but not all are listed under flags. It was finally decided that it was such a "fine line" that they would not make a decision - that I needed to come back the next day and talk to a different manager (higher up, I guess). Anyway, I go in today and ask for the manager by name and she comes over and examines the print-out from the website. Then she mentioned that they couldn't take them anyway because they are "copies from a website". I informed her that they weren't copies, and that there would be no reason to copy them since the website let you print as many as you wanted. Then she pointed to the wording on the coupon that prohibited copies and said they have no way of knowing whethere this is a copy or not.:hectic1: I told her I would print my coupons in color from now on if that would help. She finally agreed to let me use it if it would scan. As I left I told her that it scanned and that I had some more of the coupons and just wanted to make sure I could use them. Then the other manager type next to her piped up and said that it was OK as long as I didn't use tons of them.:shrug7: Huh, if they're valid, why do they care how many I use. They get full reimbursement for them. I am so angry at Walmart - they act like it comes out of their own pocket and that it has to be illegal in some way (or they will find a way) if you get something for free.
