Why are companies getting so cheap with their coupons?

I used to get $1/1 Charmin and $1/1 Bounty almost montly. It's been a few months since I've seen those kind of coupons. The latest version I've seen is $1/2 for Charmin and Bounty.

Why are these companies getting so cheap on us?

You must be getting my paper now. I normally get 25cent coupons here for those items. I couldn't tell you if I have ever seen a $1 Q for that in my local paper.

It might vary from area to area. Not sure why, but I guess the companies do testing in various areas. In the Philadelphia area we are still getting the 1/1 coupons.
