Do you mind me asking when $10/10 of tp usually go on sale or this a sparatic thing? With our family of six I would love to stockpile toilet paper, and also paper towels...Lol. We have Giant,Weis, and Walmart here in Pa,

Thanks!

Okay i did a search for this and an old thread said a good price for eggs is .50/dozen, but that was like 2 years ago. Would .78-.99 a dozen be a good stock up price? There's a sale for eggland's best at a store that doubles and i can get regular large for .78 and cage free for .99.

Also how about wholly guacamole? the same store has the 7 oz 2/4- 2 1/1 q's would be 1 dollar each, is this a stock up price?? I also have like 4 free's for the guacamole, the store normally sells them for 2.99. I have heard you can freeze the guac, anyone try this?

I'd be happy with that price on the eggs. I freeze the guacamole all the time. It freezes beautifully! I've been able to get wholly guacamole free, but that was with BOGO q's or with $1/1 q's on the single packs. With the current q's, I'd think $1 each is about the best you'll find. I doubt that they'd put the double packs on $10/10. I think the only way you'll get a better deal is if they put them on manager's special because of a short sell-by date. hth!

Default What do you pay for TP and Paper towel

I was curious what people think is a good deal for paper towel or TP. I am not brand picky for these things, and I always wonder if sale prices are good, or if people generally say..." I won't pay more than X...for these"

Ever since shopping at CVS, nothing! I work them into my deals especially when they are on sale.

Default Re: Dont Pay For That!!

It's always exciting to read what people get. I'm not new to mega coupon queens (and kings!!) as I was a member of a pay site. It just wasn't for me. I like this better (I don't have any guilt if I just don't feel up to being on the ball one week -- no money wasted).

I am very thankful that I have a Kroger that doubles to .50. The only store that I know of around here that triples is Harris Teeter and that's only on Thursdays (or is it Tuesdays?) AND it's in Fernandina Beach, FL (a good hour and a half away -- so not worth it, me thinks).

I am also thankful that I have a Walgreens and RiteAid (although not as awesome as CVS ... but I'll take it). I was able to get some face wash by the same people who put out the shampoo (Garnier Nuctrease (sp) for super cheap at Walgreens (or was it RiteAid?)

ANYWHO -- patience and perseverance gets it done every time.

(BTW, I'm going to look, but if anyone sees this and is able to PM -- I'm not sure what my board privileges are yet -- would you please direct me to the link that explains about Walgreens register rewards? I've heard of them but never used them and I have a feeling I'm REALLY missing out!)

Thanks
