Then they raised the price from 1.69 to 2.??, I am waiting for the store to have % off sale so I can stock up even more. Hope this happens before my coupons expire!

.75 for Hefty 30gal. 12 ct. has been my best price lately. The sales haven't been to attractive this summer.
This brings up a sore point w/ me re: Albertson's. Back in May our Albertson's did a super triples event. Tripling up to .75. Great. They went through the store and ripped ALL the sale price tags off, took down all the banners, removed the ad papers, and even removed alot of the regular price tags. Hefty's were on sale. 2.50 for 30+ 30 gal. bags. Even the yard bags and new stretchy bags were included. Well, they had taken the signs down and they were ringing up at regular price. The clerk wouldn't look at the ad I brought w/ me and refused to fix the price. The mgr. got involved. She refused as well. I had the current ad and they refused to sell the bags to me at the advertised price??? I ended up with scads of free stuff when I used my GC sent by their corp. office
The last round of skippy I got was .10 a jar for the 18z jar. There usually is a good deal in september coming. There should be coupons in the paper, and then stores put it on cheap for back to school!
Well with no doubles I shoot for under $1 for PB. Albertsons often has thier store brand for 10 for $10 so I shoot for under that price with coupons. We dont eat a lot of peanut butter as it is so I only stock up when we are low.

The best I've found is 50 cents for the small container. I will only buy Jif or Skippy too. I've tried the store brands and so far, they haven't been as good and my family noticed.
There is a new coupon...free sara lee bread wyb 1 jif and 1 smuckers...not my favorite type of coupon, but it may influence your rock bottom price if you want the bread.
My kids and I love peanut butter and we eat it like it's going out of style. We only really like Jif. My buy price is $1.25/18 oz jar. I like to keep at least 5 jars in the stockpile and right now I'm at 4, so I'm looking for a good JIF deal.
the kids and I are big pbj and pbfluff fans...down to 6 Skippy right now...hoping for skippy coupons...I haven't had to pay full price for pb in one year atleast
