I live close to another county and can buy both. They have the same q's but different sales.

I live in an area where I can get 4 different Sunday papers--Philadelphia Inquirer, Wilmington News Journal, Chester County Daily Local or Lancaster something something. All are 1.75, but I get the Philly Inq delivered for $1/week. I always wait for them to have a sale on delivery, then I pay for a year at a time. My delivery person always delivers the inserts and other stuff on either Fri or Sat, which is nice, it's like a preview for me.

On Mondays, I go to my little local newsstand, and they give me whatever inserts are leftover from newspapers that didn't sell, for FREE! This is a great resource for me, except--there are never any coupons from the Philly paper, and like yesterday, only the Philly paper carried Electrasol, vive and viva. And, I never know how many inserts I'm getting. Some weeks they sell out of papers which means no inserts for me.

St. Pete Times = 1.00
Tampa Tribune = .50

They both carry the same coupons with only a slight variation. The Trib I've found to be better....and cheaper. The Trib costs more on the other side of town, so I consider myself pretty lucky that I can get papers so cheaply.

Sacramento Bee $1.50 at regular stores, but Longs Drug sells them for .99. So, I go to Longs when I want multiples.

Atlanta Journal Constitution: 2 papers for 2.00. (double q) sometimes 2.50. I keep wondering where all the extras that never get sold go! Circulation only would say " we recycle them." hmm

THe plaindealer is 1.50down the street but if its sold out i have to pay 1.75 else where

The akronbeaconjornual is 1.50 too but they sometimes miss a lot of the GOOD coupons
the pittsburg post is good if you live near it not 200miles away lol its 1.75downthe street and 2.00 at other stores and is the same with abj sometimes misses the good coupons or doesn't give me .75/1 just 1/2 (my sister buys this one where she lives and for her its the best newspaper)seems to have better coupons over there

after reading some of these posts i dont feel so bad payin my 1.50!!!
the local papers like vindy and trib for 1.25 gets mostly ads in the ss or rb and people tell me afterwards i don't know what you mean about good coupons in the newspaper after repeatly telling them not to buy those :(

My local paper doesn't have any q's only a couple of ads for 1.25. I buy two different papers from the surrounding areas for 1.50 each. I just subscribed for one to be delivered for $5 a month. I am also about to subscribe to a very large paper for $1 an issue soon. Hopefully they get good sunday papers. lol

$2.50 for the Reno Gazette, which subscribes to all inserts, then free for the local paper (which we pick up a bunch of throughout the day at different locations!) which only has the SS inserts.
