I was also very skeptical of them. I've used 2 personally and lost a total of 5 inches from waistline. My neice on the other hand lost 9 inches over night using one wrap. I would think this is a temp loss. How often do you have to use them to keep the new waistline?

That's just what happen to me the first time I used the wraps, except I lost 3" by the next morning. I seen people who loose as much as 11 inches from one wrap, but it depends on your body and the results tend to better if you have more to loose. The wraps are also great for targeting that last bit that exercising hasn't been able to get ride of.
