ONLINE/PAID Survey FAQs


Q: Where are the surveys? I looked all through the site and still can't find one.
A: While some survey sites post “fun” general surveys on their site, paid surveys are by invitation only. Panel members who are invited to complete a survey are sent an email, letter or telephone call that contains the web address of the survey they are invited to complete. Information provided during registration (such as age, gender, geographic location, type of employment, and more) as well as screening surveys and member history are used to match against the criteria for each survey on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What is a screening questionnaire/survey?
A: A screening questionnaire is a short survey that typically contains no more than 15 questions. These questions may be about where you work, your job responsibilities, etc. All of this helps us to determine whether your area of expertise lends itself to the topic of the survey. These are NOT paid surveys, although some sites enter participants into prize drawings.

Q: What is a questionnaire/survey?
A: A questionnaire or survey is a longer and more detailed survey than the screening questionnaire. These questions may ask about your opinions, your experiences, the types of products you use, etc. Whenever you complete one of these longer surveys, you will be paid an honorarium, or receive points to collect and redeem for rewards.

Q: How can I become a member?
A: To be able to fill out surveys for money, simply fill out the Registration Form.

Q: Does membership cost me anything?
A: No. Legitimate survey sites are paid by their clients, and registration is free.. You should never be asked to buy anything from either the survey site or from the companies who sponsor surveys.


Q: What happens to the profile information I filled out when signing up?
A: That information is stored in a database and used to match up participants with specific survey requirements. Your profile information should never be shared with outside sources.

Specifics.

• We will advise you through the mail of upcoming product surveys.
• You will be provided with a password which will enable you to access the survey at a designated website.
• You will receive $5.00 for a completed product evaluation or survey; you will NOT be compensated for screening surveys.
• Occasionally we may ship you a product to test.
• Project surveys will take no more than 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
• Occasionally we may ask other members of your household to complete a questionnaire if the product is more appropriate for someone in your household other than yourself.
• From time to time we may send you a few questions regarding your household. These questions assist us in sending appropriate product surveys to you. For example, we may need households who are pet owners or households who do not have pets. Your voluntary participation in these questionnaires is extremely important.
• Remember... you complete all product surveys from the comfort and convenience of your PC.

Privacy. Your privacy will be respected and the confidentiality of your answers will be maintained. Your opinion will be counted along with that of others. Your personal household information will be grouped and analyzed together with the information of other households. In addition, no one will ever attempt to sell you anything, and you will never be expected to purchase any products. We value your opinion!

• All registered members participate in a monthly drawing to win $250 in cash awards, just for being a member.
• If you answer a screener (a short questionnaire), you will be entered into a drawing for cash awards.*
