Survey Spot- Question

Does anyone else belong to this survey site? I joined a month or so ago, and finally hit the 1,000 point mark necessary to cash in my points. I have tried several times to cash in my points, and nothing happens.

I clicked on the box that says "redeem points", and I want the paypal payment, so I chose that box. Nothing happens.

I sent the survey site an e-mail (more than once), and did not get a response.

I have used it, but never tried to cash out. I dont think they have a very good reputation...you can look on surveypolice.com and see what has been said about them. The amount of emails I get from them drives me crazy!! Good luck!

UPDATE: Turns out it was a glitch in our computer, and DH fixed it. I was able to get paid from Survey Spot, no problem. An added bonus, I can now print coupons from my computer, which I was not able to do before.

It might be the browser you're using? I'm on a Mac running Firefox as a browser and I've never had problems trying to cash out.

And SurveySpot usually takes forever to get to my email. I had a question about a survey I took and it took them like more than a week to send me a response.
