I hadnt heard of it so I looked it up on Survey Police. Looks like it is probably a scam site. It is on their unverified survey site list which means according to them
"These companies have not met certain criteria to earn "verified" status. Criteria includes comprehensive privacy policies, being legitimate survey companies versus survey company directories or survey panel lead generators, and providing company background information including complete contact information"
A lot of the posters said it was definitely a scam. One person said this
"
They have "surveys" they say pay anywhere from $1 to $80, but they are actually just links to sign up at other sites' mailing lists.
Panda's Unsubscribe button doesnt work, tells you your e-mail is invalid, even though you just signed in with the same e-mail.
Tried to contact their "customer service" many times, but EVERY one returned as a bad e-mail address.
Panda Research is a scam site in my opinion." - brian on Survey police
