Houseparty invite without using "social media" and/or online invites?

HI

has anyone been chosen for a House Party from their website without using

1. Social network

2. Online invites

???

I did a survey to try to get chosen for a party, and they asked,

Do you use and social networks like facebook, twitter, etc and they asked for your user name. i don't use them

They also asked if you use online party invite sites. I don't use them either.

So, without using either of those, am I wasting my time applying?

Or has someone been chosen who does NOT use those two thing?

I looked on the Houseparty website and could not find the answer to your question.

I know I got chosen for one and answered "no" to if I used online party invites.

However, I do use facebook and twitter so answered "yes" to that one.




Anyone else know the answer to this??

I was chosen for 2 parties w/out using Facebook (or Twitter) or online invite sites. At the time I did not have a FB acct. After I got a FB acct, I was chosen for 1 party. I still answer no to online invites.

I answer yes to them but have never put in my usernames. I get picked for the parties often. I do send the email invites thru the houseparty site to at least a few people but rarely do the guest ever actually rsvp thru there I do it manually.
