Preventing them from getting your info for free

I realized that there is a way of preventing the survey sites that take 15 minutes of our time asking screening questions (which provides them a LOT of information) from getting to keep that info.
This won't work on the sites where there is a sweepstakes that you might want to enter but since I don't care about those it works for me. And you don't need to do it on those sites which give you points even if you don't qualify.
When you see that there is a page that tells you (or is about to tell you) that you don't qualify - DON'T click the next button. Instead - close the survey window and whatever you entered won't be saved.

Good advice. OTR surveys I hate, this will help with a lot of those. Otherwise for them I just say 17 for age and the boot me right off.
