Mypoints Paypal Awards?

I've never started a thread before so please forgive me if I do something wrong.
I just found out that Mypoints offers paypal as a reward option as well as gift cards. The point value is higher than for a same value giftcard (4450 for $25) but right now my emergency savings needs a boost more than my gc collection.
The only weird thing is that the paypal option doesn't show on my daughters account. As far as we can tell, the other reward options are the same.
Does anyone know if you have to hit a certain point threshold or lifetime accumulation to be eleigible to receive paypal?

Interesting...how many points have you accumulated in your account during its lifetime? Paypal isn't an option for me as far as I can tell. I just checked. I've got over 11,000 lifetime earned.

I'm at just over 10,000 earned and it's not an option for me either.

Huh...I've always wished they would add Paypal. I've got 47,812 lifetime earned and paypal DOES show up for me.

Weird, i know it wasn't there in December because I redeemed a bunch early Dec.

It shows as an option for me. I would send them a message and ask!

My lifetime earned is 8741 and it DOES show as an option for me. I have never noticed it before, but maybe I just didnt see it?

I am sending them an email to ask about it. I will let you all know.

Okay, I just looked and it shows as an option for me, but I swear when I was gonna cash out back in December, I looked for Paypal and they didn't have it, so I ordered a CVS card. Maybe I'm just crazy...

My lifetime earned is 32,215 Points. Paypal is showing as an option for me.

When you click on the rewards tab - click
"Choose rewards from more than 75 merchants"

Then Click "P"
