Survey Savvy payouts

A quick question for anyone who has done Survey Savvy surveys. When you've requested a check, how long has it taken for them to respond or send it?
It seems to be taking a really long time and I don't see any way to contact them.

I have received one check from them and it seemed like it took about 6 weeks to get it. But it did finally come!

If you want to contact them...just click on help and scroll to the very bottom of the questions. There is a contact form to fill out there.

I checked when I requested my payment and it was in August so that's 12 weeks which is way too long.
Was your check for a small amount or did you need to wait for a bigger amount? I thought that it said that you're able to request payment at $5.

Mine was for $45. I think it was a couple months ago.
You can cashout at $1 with them so that shouldnt be a problem.

Did you send them a message letting them know you have not received the check?

I did - I followed your directions - thanks! I'll let you know if I hear from them.
I did see that my request was in my account. I also requested another payout for my newer surveys - I'll keep track of that since I know now exactly when I requested this one.
