We're a network of volunteer consumers who participate in word-of-mouth (WOM) campaigns. We're a community of communicators. We try products and services, form honest opinions about them, share those opinions with people we know and then provide feedback to engage in genuine dialogue with companies.
WOM is a no-obligation, no-nonsense and no-pressure thing. And most importantly, it's fun. You get to learn about new stuff and make your voice heard by some of the biggest companies in the world.
Is there a cost to join?
Nope, there's no cost to join BzzAgent.
How much time will I have to devote to being a BzzAgent?
Being a BzzAgent won't take up a lot of your valuable time. In fact, you won't have to change anything about your daily routinethis isn't a chore or homework, after all. However, the more effort you put into participating in BzzAgent (for instance, letting us know about your word of mouth), the better your Agent experience will be since we reward active and informative Agents with special privileges. Those upgrades include access to more campaigns, early sign up for campaigns and extra product samples.
What do I get for being a BzzAgent?
You mean besides friendship and some cool bee stickers?
- The chance to make your voice heard, and have your opinions make a real difference
- Access to products and services, sometimes before the general public
- Many campaigns provide complimentary product samples or access to services so you can experience them for yourself
- To thank you for your participation, we award you with credits that help you earn upgrades to the baseline Agent experience those exclusive privileges include access to more campaigns, early signup for campaigns and extra product samples
- By participating in BzzAgent you also earn BzzPoints which can be redeemed for charitable donations and other rewards (branded merchandise, DVD's, books, etc.)
Can I earn cash for being a BzzAgent?
Nope. We never offer money as a thank you. That's because Bzz (what we call word of mouth) is sincere and voluntary. But here's what you can earn:
- Exclusive Agent Upgrades, reserved for active and informative Agents including access to more campaigns and the ability to sign up for campaigns before other Agents
- BzzPoints, which can be redeemed for donations to charity and items like branded merchandise, DVDs and books
Do you award Agents BzzPoints and access to privileged upgrades because they spread Bzz?
No, we thank them for letting us know about their Bzz. For any word of mouth to be credible and powerful, it needs to be voluntary and not due to compensation of any kind. As part of our social fabric, it's in our nature to voluntarily share opinions with people we know. Since Agents volunteer their time to submit reports and answer polls to let us know about their real word Bzz, we think it's only fair we show our appreciation with exclusive upgrades and BzzRewards.
Is BzzAgent a freebie site?
Most assuredly not! While Agents often receive complimentary product samples or access to services, we're not a freebie site. We give everyday consumers the chance to learn about new products and services and make their voices heard by sharing those opinions with others, including our clients.
If I join BzzAgent, am I obligated to do anything?
Not at all. You only join word-of-mouth programs that you want to actively participate in we would never pressure you to participate. The only thing we ask is that you follow the BzzAgent
Code of Conduct if and when you choose to spread the word as part of one of our programs.
Will BzzAgent script things for me to say?
While we love Shakespeare, we're not into writing dialogue. Besides, word of mouth is about consumers forming their own opinions and sharing them with others. So be yourself share the positive and the negative, since even negative Bzz can be good (it helps attentive clients improve their offerings to consumers). While we won't provide you with a script, we will provide you with:
- Information about the product or service
- Suggestions for when, how and with whom to Bzz
What you say is totally up to you, though you should make sure the people you talk with understand that you're an Agent and that we provided you with a means to try the product or service.
Does BzzAgent seed false or anonymous comments in chat rooms, forums or review sites?
No. All Agents should understand that anonymous and misleading online marketing damages credibility and respectability. We only believe in Agents openly and honestly sharing their opinions with people they know, in offline and online communities they are associated with or interested in joining.
If I sign up for BzzAgent, will you spam me?
Oh, all the time! Just kidding. We're absolutely against spam. We don't offer advertising on our site, and we never let anyone contact our members without their advance consent. The only e-mails you'll receive from us will be about BzzCampaigns or other BzzAgent-related information.
What do you do with the information I provide to you?
All personal data are kept strictly confidential, and are only used as a way to help us:
- match you with the right programs
- create better experiences for you and other Agents
- improve our current or future programs

What should I do when I join?
After you've selected a BzzAgent username and password, you'll be prompted to set up your Agent profile. Once you do that and confirm your e-mail address, your account will be created and verified. Next, a good idea would be to visit your Agent Home page, where you can:
- check for fun campaigns you can join
- take polls that help us match you with the right campaigns
- learn more about BzzAgent via tutorials and info in the Agent Training tab
How many BzzAgents are there?
As of February, 2007, there are over 250,000 Agents across the United States and Canada.
I live outside the USA and Canada. Can I still sign up as a BzzAgent?
Sorry, BzzAgent is currently open only to US and Canadian residents. We're working on an international platform, though, so check back later.

Close Account Page. Word of warning! Once you shut your account it will be deleted immediately. As they say in the schoolyard, "no takebacks."

Disclosure What is disclosure?
Disclosure is about being completely open and honest about your BzzAgent status. When you share your opinions about a BzzAgent-related product or service, you should let everyone know that you're an Agent and that we provided you with a means to experience the product or service.
Should I disclose to people that I'm a BzzAgent?
Absolutely! We strongly encourage you to share your relationship with BzzAgent to everyone with whom you share Bzz. Like our
Code of Conduct says:
BzzAgents always tell others they are part of a word-of-mouth campaign.
Be proud to be a BzzAgent. When Bzzing others, you must first let them know that you're involved with BzzAgent and that we've supplied you with the opportunity to experience a product or service. If you genuinely like something (or even if you don't!), it's your open, honest opinion that counts most.
What is the disclosure checkbox on the BzzReport submission page all about?
We simply want to determine whether you disclosed your relationship with BzzAgent to the people mentioned in your report. Participating in BzzAgent is totally voluntary, but we do ask that you disclose your relationship with BzzAgent each time you Bzz.
I received a message saying that I can't submit any further BzzReports until I take Disclosure Training. Why is that?
We believe that good Bzz begins with making sure everyone knows that you're a BzzAgent and what that means. If you submit three (3) reports without clicking the disclosure checkbox to affirm that you were open and honest during your Bzz, before you can submit BzzReports again you're required to complete
Disclosure Training so you understand the importance of disclosure.
Account and Profile Why can't I log in?
Please remember that your username and password are case sensitive. If you're having trouble logging in, click the forgot-your-password link on the log in page. Enter the e-mail address you signed up with, and we'll send you your password. Still not working? Use the
Agent Support form or IM us at bzzagent (Yahoo/AOL).
Can I change my username?
Nope, once you create an account you can't change your username. There's a chance we may set up a system to do this in the future, but we can't guarantee anything.
How do I change or update my contact information?
To update your contact information, simply go to your Agent Home page and click on My Account in the sub-navigation. Then make your changes and click Save. NOTE: You cannot change your Agent username. Always try to keep your contact information up to date, since we can't notify you of new campaigns or other important news if we can't reach you.
How do I update my personal and demographic information?
Same as above: Click the
Profile link in the sub-navigation of your Agent Home page. Make the changes and hit Save. To help ensure that you're offered the right campaigns, always try to keep your profile accurate. If there's demographic information you gave us during signup that's changed since then but isn't updatable from My Account, look for periodic polls on your Agent Home. We regularly ask you to notify us of any changes using those polls.
How do I update my personal info and demographics, like my profession and whether or not I have children?
We periodically give you the opportunity to update any old information we have on file, to help you remain eligible for as many relevant campaigns as possible. To do that, look for polls on your Agent Home and update any changes in situation. The more accurate your information, the more likely you'll be offered your dream campaigns.
How do I close my BzzAgent Account?
To close your BzzAgent Account, please go to the
Close Account Page. Word of warning! Once you close your account, your BzzAgent Account will become deleted immediately.
BzzCampaigns and BzzBlasts Why don't I see any BzzCampaigns I can join?
There may not be any available for you at the moment. Sometimes certain campaigns are only open to certain Agents. For example, men might not be eligible for a campaign for a woman's perfume. Visit
Campaign Eligibility in Agent Training to learn more.
How often are new BzzCampaigns launched?
All the time. We work hard to develop and launch campaigns as fast as possible. They often fill up quickly, so sign up sooner rather than later if you're interested in one.
When will I get new BzzCampaign choices?
We try our best to frequently launch new campaigns that interest our Agents, including you. We don't have a calendar to show you of upcoming campaigns, but if you're a Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 Agent, you'll get advance notice of new campaigns you're eligible for and you'll have the opportunity to join them before Agents in lower tiers. How do I find out about new BzzCampaigns?
Sometimes we e-mail about new campaign launches, but your best bet is to login and check your Agent Home as often as you can. Any new campaigns that you're eligible for will be listed there. Also, if you're a Tier 2, 3 or 4 Agent then you can take advantage of the Early Invite upgrade, which means you receive advance notice of new campaigns you're eligible to join and can sign up for them before Agents in lower tiers.
Why can't I see a certain BzzCampaign listed as available on my Agent Home?
If you don't see an invitation to a particular campaign on your Agent Home, it means you either aren't currently eligible to join or it's already full. Campaigns are often limited to Agents who meet certain parameters, such as age or location. Sometimes we also take height or throwing accuracy into account (just kidding about the height thing).
Can you squeeze me into a BzzCampaign that's already full?
Sorry, we can't add you to a campaign that's already filled to capacity because we only have so many resources allotted to that campaign, including BzzKit contents and lovely folks to read and respond to your BzzReports. Also, letting you into a full campaign while others don't get the same favor isn't very fair. If you really thought you'd be perfect for a particular campaign that's full or completed, we suggest you keep an eye out for a sequel in case it comes around again.
After I sign up for a BzzCampaign, how long until I get my BzzKit in the mail?
You should expect to receive your BzzKit in the mail about 21 days after you sign up for a campaign. If it's been longer than 21 days, and you've double-checked that the shipping address you have on file with us is up-to-date, you can check your
Agent History for a status update. If you think your BzzKit is lost, e-mail us at
shipments@bzzagent.com.
What's a BzzBlast?
A BzzBlast is similar to a BzzCampaign, though it may not have a mailed BzzKit, printed BzzGuide or offer the ability the submit BzzReports. Agents still get to experience a product or service, tell others about it and answer polls to help us learn more. BzzBlasts also offer both BzzPoints redeemable for BzzRewards and Participation and Quality Credits that help you earn Agent Upgrades.
BzzGroups What is a BzzGroup?
Think of a BzzGroup as a club where Agents who belong to it can exclusively join campaigns that have a similar theme, such as books. There's no differentiation between the BzzPoints, Participation Credits and Quality Credits earned during a campaign in a BzzGroup and those earned in other campaigns.
How do I join a BzzGroup?
Whenever there's a new BzzGroup for you, you'll see an invitation message on your Agent Home. Follow the included instructions to join and you'll be eligible to join campaigns exclusively for Agents in that BzzGroup. We may ask you leave a suitcase of unmarked, non-sequential bills on our doorstep, but most likely we'll just have you complete a survey or something "legal."
How do I know if I'm eligible to join a BzzGroup?
You'll see a message on your Agent Home inviting you to join the BzzGroup, with instructions on what to do.
Why haven't I been offered any BzzGroups to join?
There may not be any current BzzGroups that we think are right for you to make sure we know about your interests, hobbies and preferences, answer all the polls on your Agent Home.
What happens with the Quality Credits, Participation Credits and BzzPoints that I earn in a BzzGroup?
Any points you earn for a BzzCampaign in a particular BzzGroup are combined with the points you earn for other campaigns. In other words, there's no distinction or compartmentalization of Quality Credits, Participation Credits or BzzPoints between any campaigns.
BzzReports How do I report my Bzz?
To report Bzz for a particular BzzCampaign, click the orange "Report Bzz" button in the top right corner of its BzzCampaign homepage. That'll take you directly to the BzzReport form for that program. You can also click the Report Bzz button from your Agent Home page, which will let you choose which campaign you'd like to report for (assuming you're in more than one). When you file your report, please remember to provide as many details as possible.
What do you look for in BzzReports?
Four things: honesty, enthusiasm, creativity, details.
We want you to share the most honest Bzz possible, with as much passion you can muster. Once you do that, describe exactly what happened so we can imagine we were right there. To make your report shine, include some direct quotes from you and the people with whom you spoke. Remember when you had to answer the '5 W Questions' in grade school? Who, What, Where, When and Why? If your report answers all of those questions, there's a great chance we'll love it and award you plenty of BzzPoints and Quality Credits.
Do you really read each and every BzzReport?
We sure do we personally read and respond to every single one. After all, BzzAgent is founded on the premise of honest communication between people. Word of mouth doesn't mean much if there's not a sincere two-way exchange, right?
How come I don't receive responses to my BzzReports?
First check to see if you've set your preferences to not get e-mails from us. Go to Agent Home and click the Profile link under My Account in the My Info box (top left corner of the page). Then click the "E-mail Settings" button under "Current Information." In the "E-mail Contact" section, check Yes for "I've Been Awarded More Points."
Still not working? It could be that we have your e-mail address wrong. If you don't think you're getting responses that you should, let us know using the
Agent Support form.
Why didn't I get all the BzzPoints I think I deserved for a BzzReport?
Sometimes a BzzReport doesn't allow us to fully understand what happened. Since we weren't there, we really need as many details as possible. If we don't grant you full BzzPoints for your report, we'll tell you why in our response back to you. Read our responses carefully, as they'll help you understand what to include in your future reports.
What if I still disagree with the number of BzzPoints I received for a BzzReport?

Credits and BzzPoints What's the difference between Participation Credits, Quality Credits and BzzPoints?
To show our appreciation, we offer Agents two "rewards programs" that are independent of one another:
- Participation Credits & Quality Credits earn you Agent Upgrades: enhancements to the overall Agent experience, including access to more campaigns and advance signup for some campaigns
- BzzPoints can be redeemed for BzzRewards: donations to non-profits and charities, branded merchandise, electronics, DVD's, books and other fun stuff

Do my BzzPoints carry over into future BzzCampaigns? Do they ever expire?
Yes, all of your BzzPoints add up together from campaign to campaign, and no, they don't expire.
Can I trade BzzPoints for Quality Credits or Participation Credits (or the other way around)?
Nope. They're all separate and can't be traded or used interchangeably. BzzPoints can be redeemed for BzzRewards, while Participation Credits and Quality Credits help you increase your Agent Tier, which can earn you access to upgrades reserved just for preferred Agents. Learn more by visiting the

Can I redeem Quality Credits or Participation Credits for BzzRewards?
Unlike BzzPoints, you can't redeem Quality Credits or Participation Credits. Think of BzzPoints as prize tickets at the arcade, though BzzRewards tend to be a few steps above fake ice cubes and mustache combs. Your Quality Credits and Participation Credits generate your Quality Score and Participation Score, respectively. These scores determine your Agent Tier. The higher your tier, the more upgrades you receive as an active and informative Agent.
Do Quality Credits or Participation Credits ever expire?
Yes. Your Quality Credits and Participation Credits expire after 365 days, which means your Quality Score and Participation Score are based only on your activity over the last year.
Why are my Participation Score and Quality Score based only on my activity during the last year?
This wasn't done with a "what have you done for us lately" mentality instead, we've set the system this way to make it fair for all Agents. We definitely value the past contributions of Agents, but we can't ignore the merits of continued, present participation. As long as you stay active and continue to submit BzzReports and answer polls, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
What if I don't get offered any BzzCampaigns for a long time and slide into a lower Agent tier?
We do our best to make sure all Agents are offered relevant and interesting campaigns on a regular basis, but if this happens, remember to take all the polls on your Agent Home since they help us match you with the right campaigns. And when you do join campaigns, remember to be active and informative by submitting detailed BzzReports and answering all polls specific to those campaigns.
Agent Upgrades What is Agent Upgrades, exactly?
It's our way of thanking Agents for participating in the BzzAgent network. When you answer polls and submit BzzReports, you earn Participation Credits and Quality Credits. Your resulting Participation Score and Quality Score then place you in an Agent Tier, which determines if you receive special Agent experience upgrades reserved for active and informative Agents, including access to more campaigns.
How many different tiers are there?
Agents fall into one of four tiers: Tier 1 Agents, Tier 2 Agents, Tier 3 Agents and Tier 4 Super Agents. Tier 1 Agents are new or don't have much experience yet, while Tier 4 Super Agents are the most active and informative members of our community. As you may have guessed, the higher your Agent Tier, the more upgrades you receive as a thank you for your contributions.
How do I find out what tier I'm in?
If you look on your Agent Home, you'll see a box in the top left corner that displays your Agent Tier, as well as your Participation Score and Quality Score (the two factors that determine your tier).
What does being in a particular tier mean for me?
The higher your tier, the more exclusive upgrades you receive on top of the introductory Agent experience offered to Tier 1 Agents. Those upgrades include being invited to campaigns before Agents in lower tiers and the chance to join campaigns for which you'd normally not be eligible based on demographic parameters.
What are the different upgrades available to me based on my tier?
Tier 1 Agents start with no special upgrades, but can earn them as they rise in rank.
While Tier 1 Agents aren't given advance notice of campaigns, some spots in each campaign are reserved for them.
What factors are used to determine my Agent Tier?
Along with your charming smile, we factor in your Participation Credits and Quality Credits. Your Participation Credits are calculated based on how active you are as an Agent, while your Quality Credits reflect how informative your contributions have been. To move up in the ranks (and avoid slipping into a lower tier), you need to remain both active and informative. For instance, it's not just enough to join BzzCampaigns or BzzBlasts you also need to answer polls and surveys and submit detailed BzzReports.
What actions/inactions affect how many Participation Credits and Quality Credits I have?

Do Quality Credits or Participation Credits ever expire?

Can I ever have negative Participation Credits or Quality Credits?
No, the lowest number of either you can have is zero. That means even if you have 2 Participation Credits and then don't submit at least one report for a particular BzzCampaign (which would normally subtract 5 credits from your Participation Score), you bottom out at zero Credits.
How do I increase my tier so I can gain upgrades?
To increase your Agent Tier (or maintain it if you're higher than Tier 1), you need to both actively participate as an Agent (measured by your Participation Score) and also put effort into participating well (measured by your Quality Score). You do that by submitting detailed BzzReports and answering polls. To learn more, check out

Once I reach a higher Agent Tier, can I slip back into a lower one?
Yes, you can move down just like you can move up in the ranks. That having been said, if you stay active and put effort into answering polls, spreading the word and submitting BzzReports that give us the complete picture of what happened, you shouldn't have to worry about backsliding.
Why can I slide back into a lower Agent Tier?
We've set things up this way so Agents don't rest on their laurels. We want to give all Agents a chance to move up in tier and earn upgrades. If an Agent were to stop participating (or stop participating well) and got to maintain his or her spot in a high tier, that would leave less room for Agents who are actually currently active and informative. What are Bonus BzzKits?
These additional BzzKits are awarded exclusively to Tier 4 Agents as part of some BzzCampaigns to help them spread even more Bzz and to thank them for all of their efforts. Bonus BzzKits arrive midway through campaigns and may contain extra product samples, coupons, rebates, branded merchandise and other items (not necessarily the same things that came in program's original BzzKit).
Why don't Tier 4 Agents receive Bonus BzzKits for every BzzCampaign?
We don't have enough BzzKit items to provide every Tier 4 Agent with a Bonus BzzKit for each BzzCampaign, so we ship out as many as we can for each campaign. We use a random selection process that gives priority to Agents who haven't ever received a Bonus BzzKit at all or haven't received one in the longest amount of time.
What are Golden Keys?
Golden Keys are awarded to Tier 3 and Tier 4 Agents, and each one acts as a pass to join one open campaign that those Agents normally wouldn't be eligible for (based on demographic parameters). They expire after a year, so if you have any make sure you use them before it's too late.
How long do Golden Keys last?
A Golden Key has a life of one year (seven in dog years). If you don't use it within that 365-day period, it expires to the land of missed opportunities and joins that baseball card collection your mom threw away. Basically, keep an eye out for upcoming programs you might be interested in, and don't hesitate to use a Golden Key!
Is there a limit to how many Golden Keys I can have at one time?
Yes. Not even the most super of Tier 4 Super Agents can have more than 4 Golden Keys at one time. That's because Golden Keys expire after a year, and the max amount of Golden Keys that can be earned in that time is four.
If I'm in Tier 3 or Tier 4, how often will I receive Golden Keys?
Tier 3 Agents earn one Golden Key per 365 days spent in Tier 3, while Tier 4 Super Agents receive one per 90 days spent in Tier 4. Days spent in a tier don't need to be consecutive - you can return to Tier 3 or Tier 4 and you'll pick up right where you left off previously. The maximum number of Golden Keys an Agent can have at one time is four, since they expire after one year from the date they're granted.
Can I really use a Golden Key to get into any program I want?
Almost any. The exceptions would be BzzCampaigns that are:
- Already full
- Limited to certain Agents based on access to the product or service, such as a campaign for a restaurant chain that only has locations in Florida
- Already at their limit of Golden Key Agents (only a certain percentage of spots in a program are reserved for Agents who use a Golden Key)
Why do BzzCampaigns have a limit on how many Agents can join using Golden Keys?
Since our clients generally want to zero in on certain types of Agents for their campaigns, we can only fit so many Agents outside those parameters into our programs. We always try to fit as many Golden Key Agents into campaigns as possible, since it's one of our ways of saying thank you to our most active Agents. We hope you understand that you may not always get to join a particular campaign, even with a Golden Key.
Can I use a Golden Key to get into a campaign that's already full?
Unfortunately, no. Once a campaign is full, we can't add anyone to it, even with a Golden Key. If you really feel like you missed out on the perfect BzzCampaign, keep your eyes open just in case we launch another one just like it.
What is Early Invite?
This Agent Upgrade is available to Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 Agents. Early Invite means that those Agents get advance notice of certain upcoming campaigns they're eligible to join and can sign up for them ahead of Agents in lower tiers. Tier 4 Agents get the most lead-time, while Tier 2 Agents receive the least lead-time. Early Invite is not offered on every campaign we run.
How much advance notice of a new BzzCampaign does Early Invite get me?
Tier 4 Agents are the first to learn about upcoming campaigns, then Tier 3 Agents and then Tier 2 Agents. Tier 1 Agents learn about new campaigns when they're actually launched. The actual timeframe between different tiers being invited to a campaign can vary, though we try to have it be at least a day between tiers.
Does Early Invite mean that Tier 1 Agents won't get to join any BzzCampaigns?
Certainly not. We reserve some spots in every campaign for Tier 1 Agents, so they have an opportunity to participate as well. After all, how else would Tier 1 Agents have the chance to move up in tier and earn their Agent Upgrades?
BzzRewards How do I redeem my BzzPoints for BzzRewards?
To trade in BzzPoints for BzzRewards, click on "Redeem BzzPoints" in the "My BzzAgent" tab. You can also click "redeem" next to the amount of BzzPoints you have in the "My Info" box in the top left corner of your Agent Home page.
Why aren't there more BzzRewards for a particular BzzCampaign?
We have limited numbers of BzzRewards, so the early BzzAgent gets the worm (or whatever else the Agent wants...worms do tend to sell out quickly, though). We try our best to add new rewards when they're running low, but we can't make any promises about restocking particular items.
How come I don't see many BzzRewards? Y
ou can only see the BzzRewards that are part of the BzzCampaigns you're involved in at the moment. Check back often because we frequently add new rewards and they tend to go quickly!
Sometimes I see a BzzReward I want, but when I come back, it's gone. Why?
There are limited quantities of BzzRewards, and we can run out of stock very quickly. If you see a reward you like, get it now, because it might not be there when you come back. On the flip side, new rewards are offered all the time throughout a BzzCampaign. You never know what's going to show up, so check back often.
Why can't I claim a certain BzzReward? Why does it tell me that I need to "perform a BzzActivity" before I claim a BzzReward?
You can claim BzzRewards associated with a certain BzzCampaign as soon as we've approved your first report for that campaign.
Why does it take a long time to get some of my BzzRewards?
Each BzzReward has a different shipping time and process to get fulfilled. We attempt to get all rewards in the mail within 2 weeks, although occasionally this process can take a little longer. If for some reason you think a reward has gone missing, e-mail us at
shipments@bzzagent.com.
Do you guys accept returns if I don't like the BzzReward I selected?
Nope, sorry we cannot accept returns at this time. If you want, you can give the offending BzzReward to family or a friend, and keep spreading the Bzz that way!
I see that I can donate BzzPoints to pre-selected charities and non-profits. Can I donate to an organization of my own choice?
Not currently. We may allow this in the future, but right now it would very difficult to fulfill write-in donations. You're very welcome to suggest beneficiary organizations to us, though! You can do that using the
Agent Support form. While we won't make donations to political or religious organizations, there are plenty of other deserving organizations to nominate.

We're not about misleading or stealth marketing we're about honest and respectable word-of-mouth marketing. Disclosure shows that you're credible and sincere, you know? And if some of your friends want to join BzzAgent too after learning about us, hey, that's just a bonus. What is a pest?
A pest is an Agent that tries to take advantage of the BzzAgent system. They do this by creating multiple accounts, creating fake BzzReports, selling product on eBay and doing other sneaky tricks to try to fake our system. The worse part is that these dishonest Agents can end up taking slots that honest BzzAgents could be occupying. To make things better for all sincere members of our community, we work hard to identify and remove all unscrupulous Agents.
How do I know if I am a pest?
In simplest terms, if you are, you'll be hearing from us. But as long as you are an honest Agent you have nothing to worry about.
