Seriously though the surveys they send never work and I've tried twice not to unsubscribe with no success. I am getting like 5 or more emails from them a day. Driving me nuts.

Anyone know what I can do? is this site even legit?

It is definitely a legit site....however, the reviews are mixed (more negative) for how good of a site it is. 1000 marketplace points with them equals $50 which is when you can cash out...sounds great but for most people it takes forever to get that many points (I've heard 1-2 years). As far as getting the emails to stop, I have no idea! You would think if you unsubscribe they would honor your request. If I find out anything I will let you know.

It does say click on the link blah blah blah and then you go to their site and you have to put in a reason etc and it is supposed to send you an email to confirm you want to unsubscribe. But I never get that email. OF COURSE right? lol I even put in the comments this last time that they need to cancel my subscription for real this time or I'm contacting the BBB-I'm sure they were scared, right? lol

The same thing happened to me a few years ago. I didn't qualify for any of their surveys...but they sent me several every day. it got really old...really fast! I tried to unsubscribe too. Finally, I just blocked their address from my email. As far as I know, they could still be trying to send them every day. But I never get them!

i can just do that but it goes into my "junk" folder so it still shows up and I still have to delete it. just annoying

I have a trick using gmail....not sure what email provider you are using. But I set a filter for the email in gmail and filter all messages from the bad company that will not unsubscribe me to go be marked as read, skip the inbox, filter to trash and forward a copy of the email back to the email address it was sent to. So not only do I not see it, because it goes to my trash bin but they get their stupid emails back to them, so maybe they will get the hint and unsubsribe me. I also like to report them as spam a few times so that maybe they will get in trouble with their isp's. If enough folks report a company sending emails as spam ISP's will block their messages.
