I need help figuring out mypoints and bzz agent

I did not realize you earned mypoints from bzz agent .I signed up through bzz agent but never thought about my points.
Then one day I decided to join my points and then I recalled about them from bzz agent .
The only problem is that I don't seem to have the points I earned from bzz agent transfering over .
I have tried contacting both companies and they just say I am signed up .

Do my points expire ?Is this why I don't have the bzz agent my points in the my points site ?

The only points I have in my my points account is from signing up clicking emails .

I don't know how to fix it .
Can anyone help me ?

Hi! I have both accounts. You get Mypoints from BzzAgent when you go to BzzAgent's website and go through them to fill out stuff for MyPoints. Otherwise, you can't transfer BzzAgent points to Mypoints or vice versa.

As far as I'm aware, Mypoints don't expire.. or at least mine haven't! (thank God!) It can take up to a month for all the points to come through. If you don't have the same email address for both accounts, that could also be a problem.

The ones on BzzAgent DO expire if you don't transfer them to MP. Once you earn them on Bzzz, you have to go to your "My stuff" page (I think it is) and tell them yes or no to send them to My Points. If you don't do that, they expire in like 30 days or something like that. So if they're no longer on Bzzz, then they expired there and there's nothing to transfer.

I think I have always say to take them .I never thought twice about them so now I don't know where they are .

Check and be sure both emails are the same and then I'd email Bzzagent and ask...they should direct you.

My emails are the same .I did email bzzagent and they just say I am connected .
I just don't understand if I am connected where the points from bzz are ,because they aren't on mypoints.

under your bzz account did you ACCEPT the points within the 30day limit? if not then that would be why they haven't transfered...because they are not longer available. I always accept mine right away so I don't forget.

Yes I have always accepted them right away .Thats why I am confused to where they are .I think I'll just give up neither company has replied to my emails and I don't know what else to try .

I have the same problem. My Mypoints acct & Bzz Agent acct email are not the same. I've emailed both the help desks & I always accept them but I never get them :( I've given up.
