    Hi all,

    I have cashed out twice at surveyhead and have had no problems. Recently I got an email confirming my recent payout and in "my rewards" it says confirmed - yet I have not been paid in paypal.

    I have emailed twice - and gotten no response. Any suggestions? I can't find a phone number anywhere? I was hoping someone would have it be able to offer me some advice.

    Yes. They are SUPER SLOW though. I've cashed out twice since this post, both have taken much longer than they say it will, but I do get the money - eventually.

    It's taken forever for me too. I even got an e-mail the other day stating that they've had some issues getting things cashed out but they hope to have them resolved soon. I hope so. I requested payment of $30 on February 18th and I've heard nothing. I've had a few payments for surveys that have been pending approval since the last week of December! I stopped doing surveys with them until I get paid. No sense in wasting my time if they aren't going to pay.

    I do not recommend this company. I have been a member for over a year, and cashed out twice. Payment was slow, but it came.
    A few weeks ago, I cashed out for $30. I just received an e-mail saying that my request was denied due to "Irregularities in my account." It also said the decision was final and would not be reversed.
    I have e-mailed them to ask for clarification, but they are ignoring me. That $30 represents hours worth of work, and I have ALWAYS completed the surveys honestly and correctly.

    I'm beginning to feel the same way. I've never had that happen to me, but I've read several reviews where people say the same. I have surveys from December that still haven't been "approved". I think I'll be cashing out and closing my account as soon as I'm able.
