E-rewards redemption problem

I've been doing surveys thru e-rewards.com for about 6 months and had earned $15 in rewards so I cashed them in for Pizza Hut coupon codes. I received via email 3 codes, each good for $5 off an order at pizzahut.com. Today when I tried to use the codes on the Pizza Hut website, it said none of them were valid codes. Has anyone else had this problem, if so were you able to get it resolved? I emailed e-rewards customer service, awaiting a response.

I have only done the free video offers from Blockbuster .They have such a low selection of things I like .
I had thought of the Pizza Hut coupons but never did them yet.

I got an email from the survey company saying they've been having trouble with the Pizza Hut codes for a long time and they offered to reinstate my points back into my account. That's fine by why continue to offer Pizza Hut gift codes when they know it isn't working? Don't bother joining this company if you haven't already!

I used a Macy's code last month with no issue.

I do wish they would take my suggestions .I do not like the fact they only offer such a limited selection .I don't like magazine (other than the all you) and don't have the need for airline mile stuff.
