No, never. And I've never seen a winner be announced or where you can go online and see who won or anything either.

I personally have never won anything. I have a friend who says she won a $50 gift card to KMART off of a survey from her receipt.

The only survey's that I bother with on reciepts anymore are the ones that give me a code at the end of the survey for a certain percent off or a free something at my next purchase. I'll only do it if it's guaranteed, otherwise it's a waste of my time.

The only one I have ever done was for Rite-Aid. I entered my cell phone # instead of my home # for my contact info, and a couple of weeks later started getting junk telemarketing calls on my cell phone. So I haven't bothered with doing anymore of them.

I don't worry about them unless they say I get a certain % off my next order. That's worth it to me.

I was in the Dollar General about a year ago checking out behind a little old lady who was just thrilled to death. She was bragging to the cashier that she'd just won and was in there spending some of her winnings. I think she won $1000 in future purchases.

After leaving the store that particular trip, I did call in and respond to the survey. I didn't win!

I'm not too upset because it looked like she could really use it.

I have never won anything doing survey's but I did call CVS custsomer service to give a compliment and a few days later the magic coupon machine spit out 3.00 ECB with no explanation on them : ) I would like to assume it was for calling.
