Yep; those are the only ones I bother with as well. Del Taco's free bean (and cheese?) burrito and Albertson's free loaf of bread (it's random though) are my favourites.

I participated in one for a store that promised 2 winners for a $500 shopping spree. Winners were never selected.

I don't even bother anymore unless I'm told that I'll get coupons. I did one of these for Jewel Osco recent and they gave me a code to write on my receipt. I got $$ off my next shopping trip.
