I only spent a few minutes giving a report for buzzagent. I love it. The first campaign I got was for 4 free meals at Chili's for 7.99 free meals and I paid nothing. It only took 3 minutes to give a report so it is worth it to me.
I think bzzagent is just a way for companies to get cheap advertising. Send so many people freebies and make them do all the work to advertise the product. The only cool thing I got was the logitech harmony one remote but hey I can live without scrubbing bubbles. Know what I mean? I am not spending hours buzzing about stuff to get a $10 item. Just not worth it to me.
Just kinda deceptive how they say you get all these super benefits from being an agent when really they are the only ones making out. I think I am done giving bzzagent free advertising and watching them rake in the cash from the manufacturers.

I've really been thinking the same thing. I think I signed up back in January. I got in on the Clean and Clear and was really excited until I had a bad reaction to the In Shower Facial product. That has been my only "product" campaign; was also in on their WoM Manual. So two campaigns in nearly 9 months.
In those nine months, I've probably spent 50 hours logging in, doing the surveys, doing frogpond stuff. Not to mention the time I've spent bzzing. I no longer do the frogpond. I'll wait and see if I ever get another campaign, but I'm no longer as interested in BzzAgent as I was. I've heard of people who do dozens of campaigns in a year, frequently doing 4-5 at a time. Well, I guess Mississippi just isn't a very big area for companies to worry about; I rarely ever see many reports done in the state.
I have to agree with you. I'm not impressed.

I totally agree with op. I could have lived the rest of my life without the Scrubbing Bubbles Scrubber!
After you have couponed, and you have soooo many free things around your house stockpiled, bzzagent just seems kind of mute.
The only "cool" things I ever campaigned for were a hair straightening iron and a hair dryer. Other than that, I get pretty lame invitations, when I get any invitations at all.
Disclaimer: If you see an advertisement just above, I in no way endorse the product/service/whatever.

I signed up over a year ago...filled out the profile info...and have NEVER gotten an invitation. It's hard for me to believe that I don't fit the profile for ANY of their campaigns, but apparently they're not looking for whatever demographic they put me in.
me too! I got one offer for a home work pen to buy. I declined and didn't get anymore offers.
I joined rep nation, which was similar. I never got a campaign on it either, but I did earn a $10 gc from amazon.
I used 2048 q's FEB 2011 because of SFShopper

I get in on some great campaigns with Bzz - Back when they had their old reward system I quit doing the campaigns for a while because they weren't worth it - the only rewards they ever had were charity contributions but now that their points transfer over to MyPoints it makes them more worth it.

Oh, I also wanted to add that I have had a "golden key" since they switched over to the new system. The only thing they offered me for that was the Phillips razor you still had to BUY! I am beginning to wonder if I'll have a chance to use it before it expires next summer...
