I can't find the Back to Nature nuts and trail mixes anywhere so I've been submitting requests at every store near me. Do they have a limit on how many reports for which you'll get points? The reason you probably didn't get points on the third, is they request that you don't "duplicate" your bzz. If you're bzzing the exact same thing, they're really not getting much out of it. I've highlighted in blue below why I think they're not giving you points for your report, although read thier comments in the email they send you, they should write something.
That said, have you checked your "my status"? it's different now, and it doesn't say in the email that you've gotten points, it's only in the status page. If the 3rd report has been after the change, that might be it. More info would help give a more clear and concise answer to your problem

- Opinion-only reports without any Bzz
- Duplicate reports — if you see the confirmation page, we've received your report and will review it soon
- Reports about the same word-of-mouth conversation
Avoid submitting reports like these since they waste your time and aren't very helpful to us
