I did not know that you could call catalina!!! I have been shorted so many times, like last week when one new kind of Blue Bunny must not have been included.

I did that deal twice last week at Waldbaums- once it didn't work and once it did. Generally they are on shelf and this was too. I don't know why it didn't work but I did call catalina (1-888-8coupons... I see now that this has an extra digit but I just checked my cell phone log and this is indeed the number I called- 1.888.826.87667 weird but it worked!) and they are 'investigating'. It may take a while but I'm sure that I will eventually get my $5. Good luck!

You can drop the last digit from the phone number. After you dial the 1 plus the next 10 digits, anything after that doesn't matter.
