Bonus Bucks raincheck?

I went to CS when my catalina's didn't print, and the store manager said, no problem when I commented, "I'd like to get out of the store before my popsicles melt."

Didn't even look at my receipt, just wrote me a $12 BB on a raincheck.
I got a $3 BB, but still missing $10 from Kraft and $2 more for popsicles.

I told him and the girl at CS (who thought I had 3 heads and had NO clue what I was talking about) about calling corporate and the shelf price vs sale price discussion, and I said, I'll bet its the new Ritz Honey Butter flavor that's not in the computer, and he said, I'm sure it is.

Geesh, just once I would love to have the entire product line actually entered correctly for Bonus Bucks!
