New coupons for Superfresh

I wonder what customer relations would say about that? It was in their ad and on their own website!

I emailed customer service and apparently they are not accepting internet coupons BUT they are working with Kraft on this promotion and they are supposed to be taking just these Kraft coupons....they contacted the two stores I called to inform them

They also said they are working on a way that would allow customers to download coupons from the net directly onto their loyalty cards electronically which would protect them from fraud...so we have that to possibly look forward to.

I still foresee issues possibly when using these in the store but I am going to print out the email they sent and carry that with me.

I called customer service today and they told me they will take the Kraft qs for the upcoming promo and that the store managers and customer service people were informed about this.

Since you can print (2) of each from their website, but we all know that you can get 6 of each, wonder how many we will be allowed to use in one order. Need to get to that $40 mark to get thse Bonus Bucks

It will probably be a lesson in frustration, but what the hay--I'll be the guinea pig in the morning if I can get a scenario together and get to $40.

I asked my cashier yesterday about it (I wasn't trying to use them on that order) and he was clueless, other than to say that he guessed they had to accept them since it was in the ad. He was very nice, but it was obvious he hadn't been told anything about it by store management.
