At my store they don't carry the Ronzoni lasagna and had substituted SanGiorgio instead. Rats - I had some of the blinkie coupons to use!! There had also been some $1 Hall's Q's in the Sunday inserts a few weeks ago (sorry I don't remember which week). It wasn't advertised, but my store also had the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter sticks for cooking/baking on sale for $1.50 so that made them free with the $.75 Q.

Just to add - Recently, A&P owned stores have had these "on-going" or even just the one week P&G ones, that say it will print at the bottom of your receipt, those have predominantly been going off sale prices. I think the other catalina promos (like bonus bucks) are still going off shelf prices. I could be wrong, I haven't done any of the promos except the P&G one to say for sure. So now with some going off sale prices... CS will probably be more inclined to believe it's off sale prices even if it turned out to be shelf prices.

Just in case it hasn't been mentioned, I found lots of clearance at my SF. All of it appeared to be 50% off shelf prices.

They had softsoap ensembles. There are coupons out plus a rebate which makes it close to free.

Olay lotion (looks like mousse to me lol) was $3.XX and was $1.XX AC

They also had nexxus, raid, olay, suave and more. I only looked to see if I had coupons for some of the stuff then left. I've been out of the couponing loop so i can't be too much help but just a heads up to look out for it.

I thought softsoap ensembles was new...any idea why its on clearance?

I have seen this before. If a product does not move and looks like a looser, oftimes it ends up on clearance even though it hasn't hit it's peak preview.

At these times there may be prime coupons on the item. The store seems out of the loop. That's the time to get the goods!

So........a few weeks later..... somebody "gets' it and there is a sale.....a somewhat less gloriful sale. Possibly still noteworthy but lame compared to the 'clearance' of a perfectly good product.
Maybe They got the "Ensembles" name mixed up with the previous product name?
