Garage-what doesn't store well

my stockpile is growing...thank goodness. we moved recently and now have a garage which means more room!! currently i just have a 5 tier shelf with the extra tp, cleaning supplies, shampoo and some other randoms.

what have you all found that does not store well in there. we live in WV, the garage is sealed well.

I'm in Ohio. I only store toilet paper, tissues, napkins, paper towels, ziploc bags and dryer sheets in my garage. The temps get too hot in the summer, and too cold in the winter to store any liquids or canned goods. And I'm worried that the mice would find a way to get in if I stored dry goods and boxed items in there.
