This isn't new. I've been earning gas points for months. You earn 1 pt for every dollar AFTER coupons, cats, instant savings, etc. If your OOP is 6.25, you get 7pts. You do have to use them at specific Shell stations, but they're usually near S&S stores.

I thought you used to have to spend $25 first before you could start getting the points. So if you spent 25.10 you would get 25 points but if you spent 23.35 you wouldn't get any.. Thats how it was when it first started here in rhode island..

hmm .. I thought the only way you could get points was by purchasing the products listed in the flyer each week .. guess I am late to the party .. sorry about that

I have earned 4 pts once, so i dont think theres a minimum. Havent read one in the fine print.

as far as i recall in ct its been 1 point per dollar, but you can always rack them up on their deals. there is a limit to the amount of points you can use at once when we hit it it was 2200 = 2.20 off a gal.
